- I can't find the Duo Mobile app in the app store.

Explanation
If the Duo Mobile app is not showing up in the app store, it could be that the phone is too old to support the app.

Resolution
If your mobile device is not supported by Duo Mobile, we recommend signing up for Duo with a security key such as a Yubikey: Duo - Use a Security Key or Yubikey
For Android devices, it is possible to install an older version of the Duo Mobile app: How do I download Duo Mobile APK or IPA files?
This is a less secure option as your phone and the Duo Mobile app will not be receiving security updates. We strongly recommend purchasing a Yubikey, or using a newer device that can still receive security updates. For short term Duo device issues, please ask for a Duo bypass code when you reach out to the Service Desk.
iPhones are unable to have an older version of Duo Mobile installed as it would violate the Apple App Store's terms of service.
