Adobe Acrobat - Sign in requirement

Issue/Question

• I am using a Campus Labs computer and it's requiring me to sign in to Acrobat to view PDFs.

Environment

• Oregon State University
• Campus Labs
• Adobe Acrobat
• Adobe Creative Cloud
• Shared device license

Cause/Explanation

We recently moved the campus labs to the full Creative Cloud 2020 suite which uses shared device licensing and requires users to log in with their ONID account to license the product. 

Resolution

Log in to Creative Cloud with your username@oregonstate.edu account.  For sign-in instructions, please see this article.
