Issue/Question
- I am a current employee but am unable to access Microsoft Bookings
Environment
- Oregon State University
- Employee taking classes
- Bookings
Cause/Explanation
Employees who are also students receive student licensing in Office 365. The student license does not include access to Bookings.
Resolution
Optional work-around method: You can have an OSU Employee who is not also a student add you to a Bookings Calendar they create for you (link to KB article about how to do this). If you do this, you will want to ensure you set yourself as the only Staff available for your services, and not your colleague. Details about how your colleague can add you to the calendar can be found here.
OR
Contact the Service Desk. The Service Desk will escalate the request to the Office 365 team to resolve the licensing issue.
