Issue/Question
- The course videos posted in modules cannot be viewed. Safari, Firefox, and Chrome give errors.
- When trying to access videos in Canvas, I see the message: "Did Not Connect. Potential Security Issue."
- I can't embed video in Canvas; I get the error "The webpage at https://kaltura.oregonstate.edu/canvas/inded/launch/target/my-media might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address."

- macOS El Capitan or older
Cause/Explanation
This issue has been seen on older Macs running El Capitan or older.
The issue is that older Macs have an out-of-date certificate store, and cannot access some secure web sites.
