Zoom - How to Sign-In to OSU Zoom Mobile App

Cause/Explanation

This article covers the process of signing into Zoom using the Mobile application. Please visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download the Zoom application.

Resolution

Method 1

1. Once you've downloaded and installed the Zoom mobile app, open Zoom 
   
    
2. Tap "Sign In"
   
    
3. Tap "SSO" (Do not enter your email/password)
   ​​​​
    
4. In the Sign In with SSO window, enter "oregonstate" and then tap "go"
   
    
5. Enter your ONID username and password, then tap "LOGIN"
   
    
6. Complete the DUO authentication process.
7. You will be redirected to a website, tap "Open"
   
    
8. You've now successfully signed in and should see this view. You can now schedule, start, or join meetings.
