Resolution

Use Zoom on the Web

1. In a web browser, visit zoom.oregonstate.edu
2. Select "Log in to Zoom"
3. Enter your login information when prompted
4. To schedule a Zoom meeting via the web, see: Zoom - Schedule a Meeting
5. To join a Zoom meeting via the web, see: Zoom - Join a Meeting

Install the Zoom App for Linux

These steps were tested on Ubuntu 20.04.2.

1. Visit https://zoom.us/download
2. Select your Linux Type, OS Architecture, and Version
   
3. Click Download
4. Choose to save the file
5. Open a terminal window and enter these commands:
   cd Downloads
sudo dpkg -i zoom_amd64.deb
