Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) - Shared Device Login

Issue/Question

• How do I sign into Adobe Creative Cloud on a computer with a shared device license (i.e. labs, computer classrooms, etc.)?

Environment

• Oregon State University
• Employee
• Student
• Adobe Creative Cloud Shared Device License
  • A named Adobe Creative Cloud license does not need to be assigned
• Windows
• MacOS

Login Steps

Adobe SDL devices are able to be signed into by all current staff, faculty, and students. An Adobe named user license is not needed to sign into SDL devices.

1. Open the Adobe app you would like to use.
2. A login screen will open. Use your ONIDUsername@oregonstate.edu in the email box.
   
    
3. This will redirect to the OSU login page. Use your ONID credentials and authenticate with Duo.
   
   
   NOTE: If you have a personal Adobe account setup with your ONID email address, you will be prompted to select an account. Choose "Company or School Account" to use your OSU tied account to get access.
   
    
4. You can now use any of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop apps on the computer.
