Issue/Question
- I am unable to access the Foundation Reimbursement System using either the MYOSU portal or GRRS. I receive the error "This site can't be reached."

Explanation
Connecting to the Foundation Reimbursement System requires that you are connected to the OSU network or the OSU VPN.
Resolution
If you are off-campus, connect to the OSU VPN. For steps, see: Guide: VPN Setup
