Docusign - "The login information provided does not match the account for this envelope."

Issue/Question

• When I try to access a document sent to me to sign in DocuSign, I get "Authentication Error. The login information provided does not match the account for this envelope."

Explanation

Your OSU account in DocuSign is associated with your primary email address. When people send you a document to sign, they need to send it to the email address listed for you in DocuSign.

Resolution

Ask the sender to resend the document to the email address listed for you in DocuSign.

To confirm the email address listed for you in DocuSign:

1. Login at https://uit.oregonstate.edu/docusign
2. Select your profile icon in the top-right corner and confirm the email address that shows there
