Explanation
Employees with an Exchange mailbox can have a custom email address, set by their IT department.
You can also have multiple email addresses to accommodate nicknames or name changes.
Resolution
Contact the Service Desk or your IT team to request a change to your first.last email alias, or to have a new one added.
Note that only one of your email addresses can be the "primary"; this is the email address that people will see when you send to them.
