Notes - Troubleshooting

  • If there are issues with "Resources not available" first try changing what application is trying to print a document:
    • If a document is being printed in Preview (Mac OS X) or a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc), change to Acrobat or Adobe Reader.
  • If a document isn't printing, or is being held hostage by web server, log into web interface for beaver print and release the job.
  • Check the type of document being printed
    • Is the document very complex?  A lot of different types of atypical formatting and page sizing?
    • Is the document very lengthy?  Does the printer (or printers) have enough paper to print documents?
