Explanation

To be eligible for Box, employees must have a current job record in Banner. Sometimes it can take a few days for Banner job information to be updated.

Resolution

  1. Wait a day and try to access Box again.
  2. Contact Human Resources to confirm new hire paperwork has been processed.
  3. Contact the Service Desk to request temporary access to Box.
