Applications on a Mac no longer accept the ONID password after an upgrade to High Sierra. During the update to High Sierra on Mac the local computer may detect that there are multiple accounts using the same password. This may prompt the user to change their password to rectify this issue. This may cause issues with the users exchange account or ONID account and cause there to be a local password for accessing both accounts. This can cause issues with the user attempting to login.
