Exchange Online - Set or Update a Signature

Issue/Question

  • How do I set or update my email signature in Exchange Online?

Resolution

  1. Click on the Settings gear in the upper right-hand corner Gear icon is selected.
  2. At the very bottom of the pop up sidebar menu, click on Mail Mail link is highlighted.
  3. On the far-left sidebar, under Mail > Layout, click on Email signature. You may have to expand a few drop-down menus to find the option. Mail, Layout are expanded, and "Email signature" is highlighted.
  4. Update or create a signature in the "Email signature" block, and check the "Automatically include my signature on messages I compose" box. 'Automatically include my signature on new messages I compose' is checked.
  5. Click the Save button at the top of the page, or your changes will be discarded.
    Shows Save button.
