Explanation
Your device's MAC Address must be registered in order to receive network access on the OSU network. The MAC address is a unique number associated with your device's network adapter. It is also called a Physical Address, Hardware Address, Ethernet ID or network adapter on various systems.
Resolution
- From the Roku home screen, select Settings.
- Then choose About.
- The MAC address will appear on your screen
Alternatively: you can find the MAC address on the bottom or back of your Roku.
