Issue/Question
- I am getting an error "Opps! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for" when I am attempting to browse the University Relations and Marketing downloads from https://communications.oregonstate.edu/brand-guide/using-brand/downloads
- I cannot access files in Box from University Relations and Marketing downloads
Environment

Cause
When attempting to access files within folders while viewing the folders in "Grid View", customers get an error message, Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for. The Box team has communicated this is a bug using Grid/Tile view with shared links. Box is actively working to correct it.
Resolution
Method 1
- Change the folder view to "List View" to access the files. The option to change views is located in the top column header, the last option on the right. The view option includes two choices, a stack of three lines representing "List View" and a grid of four squares representing "Grid View". Change to the "List View" and the files will be fully accessible.
