Resolution
A Duo Hardware Token is a small device that looks like this:

It's about the size of a car key fob, and can be attached to a key ring. The token has a button and a 6-digit display. You press the button to generate a 6-digit number that can be typed in to the Duo login screen to confirm your login. A token does not require cellular or wifi access.
Notes:
- An ONID account can have no more than one Duo hardware token associated with it
- A Duo hardware token can have no more than one ONID account associated with it (i.e., Duo hardware tokens cannot be shared)
- Alternatively, you may use a security key such as a Yubikey.
Where to Get a Hardware Token:
Corvallis Campus:
Students: You may purchase one at the OSU Beaver Store Tech Desk
Employees: Some departments are providing tokens for their employees. Otherwise, you may purchase one at the OSU Beaver Store Tech Desk
OSU-Cascades Campus:
Students: You may purchase one at the cashier's window in Obsidian Hall
Employees: Some departments are providing tokens for their employees. Otherwise, you may purchase one at the cashier's window in Obsidian Hall
HMSC:
Students: You may order one through the Beaver Store and have it shipped to you.
Employees: Ask your local IT support staff.
Extension, AES:
Students: You may order one through the Beaver Store and have it shipped to you.
Employees: Ask your Office Manager, who may have one available for you.
Ecampus Students: You may order one through the Beaver Store and have it shipped to you.
