Explanation
If the Duo Mobile app is not showing up in the app store, it could be that the phone is too old to support the app.

Resolution
If your mobile device is not supported by Duo Mobile, we recommend signing up for Duo with a security key such as a Yubikey: Duo - Use a Security Key or Yubikey
