OneDrive - Unable to Access OneDrive for Business

Issue/Question

  • I got redirected to Delve when I logged in to OneDrive!
  • I can't access my OneDrive account.
  • I can't get OneDrive for Business on my computer.

Environment

  • Oregon State University
  • OneDrive

Cause/Explanation

Microsoft changed some settings such that new users of OneDrive cannot access the program.

Resolution

Method 1 - Verifying that this is the issue you're experiencing

Our teams are currently working on a global fix to resolve the access for OneDrive for Business.  For now, these are the steps to help people individually:

  1. Go to https://oregonstateuniversity-my.sharepoint.com/ and log in with your ONID credentials.
  2. If you are redirected this screen, there is another issue going on:

  4. At this point, please contact the IS Service Desk so that your permissions can be changed to the correct settings.
