- I tried to change my password in Microsoft 365 and received the error "You can't change your password here."

Cause/Explanation
ONID account passwords are synchronized across several services, including ONID, Active Directory, Google, and Microsoft 365. Because of this, you need to change your password via the ONID web site only.
