License Restrictions
Available for OSU faculty, staff and students on institutional devices or computers for use in education and non-commercial research. These licenses are used via Citrix.
Individual licenses will need to be purchased directly from QSR.

Resolution
New NVivo Installation
- Once your license has been purchased from QSR, you should receive 2 emails - one to setup your NVivo account, and one with info about the NVivo license access and downlaod links.
- First, click on the "mNVivo profile" link to set a password on your account.
- Next, find the email stating you have access to NVivo and download either the Windows or Mac verison and start the install process.
- Once installed, log in with your NVivo account by clicking "Log into myNVivo".
