Issue/Question
- I received a Duo push request on my Duo device, but I did not request it.

Cause/Explanation
If you receive a Duo push and you are sure you did not request it, it is likely that someone else has logged in with your credentials.
Resolution
You should mark the Duo request as fraudulent:
- Select "Deny"
- Select "It seemed fraudulent"
What happens next:
- You should also change your password at: http://onid.oregonstate.edu
- Someone from the Duo team may contact you to determine what happened, and if any follow-up is required.
