Soft Phone - Enabling Call Pop-up Notification

Resolution

1. Go to the gear icon in the top right of the soft phone software.
2. select settings from the drop down and then general settings.
   
3. On the left hand side under Device Services go to Preferences.
4. Within the Preferences section on the right side window, check the box for "display alerts for incoming calls."
   
5. Lastly, save settings.
