- How do I make a Service only available during a specific date range?
Environment
- Oregon State University
- OSU Employee
- MS Bookings
Resolution
- Login to your Bookings Calendar page with your ONID credentials
- Click on the "Services" tab on the left-side menu
- Open the Service you wish to edit or createa a new Service with the "+ Add a service" blue botton at the top of the page
- Edit the service settings
- Navigate down to the "Online Scheduling options" section
- Uncheck the "Use the default scheduling policy" option
- Navigate down to the "Availability" section
- Set the "General availability" to "Not bookable"
- Click on the "+ Set different availability for a date range" option (see below)
- Adjust the following setting (see image):
- Click "Save"
