Issue/Question
- Beginning December 27, 2022, my Thunderbird client is no longer receiving email.

- Oregon State University
- Exchange Email
- Thunderbird
Explanation
The cause of this issue is currently unknown.
This issue may also be impacting other IMAP clients.

Work-Around

- In Thunderbird, select the gear icon on the bottom left
- Select "General"
- Scroll all the way down for "Config Editor"
- In the search field, type in: network.dns.ipv4OnlyDomains
- Set the value to: office365.com
- Close and reopen Thunderbird
- Remove "Explanation" section if not applicable.
- Add Tags to the article; see Guidelines for tags.
- Submit the article for approval.
