Zoom users now have the ability to enable the Q&A functionality for their Zoom meetings. Q&A allows participants to ask questions during the meeting, and for the host and co-hosts to answer their questions.

Resolution
Method 1 - Enable Q&A on Individual Meetings
- Log-in to zoom.oregonstate.edu
- Click "Meetings" from menu on the left side of your window
- Click "Schedule a Meeting"
- Enter your meeting information (title/date/time)
- Click "Show" next to "Options"
- Select the "Q&A" option
- Save your meeting
Method 2 - Enable Q&A for All Future Meetings
- Log-in to zoom.oregonstate.edu
- Click "Settings" from menu on the left side of your window
- Click 'In Meeting (Advanced)"
- Locate the "Q&A in meetings" setting
- Enable that setting by clicking the switch on the right side of the window
- Schedule a meeting and the Q&A meeting option is enabled by default for all future meetings
Method 3 - Enable Q&A to an Existing Meeting
- Log-in to zoom.oregonstate.edu
- Click "Meetings" from menu on the left side of your window
- Place your cursor over the meeting you'd like to add Q&A to
- Click "Edit"
- Click "Show" next to "Options"
- Select the "Q&A" option
- Save your meeting
