Retiree Email - Configuring Mobile Devices

This article walks through general configuration for Mobile Devices for retiree emails.

How do I configure my mobile device to use my Retiree Email?

Resolution

1. Open the Settings app on your device.
2. Navigate to the Accounts section of your settings. For Android devices, this is typically under General -> Accounts & sync; for Apple devices, this is typically under Accounts & Passwords.
3. Select Add account.
4. When prompted, select to add either an Exchange, Microsoft Exchange, or Outlook account. 
5. Your email will be in the format of user@retiree.oregonstate.edu.
6. This should take you to a Microsoft Federation login page.
   Username: user@oregonstate.edu (make sure it doesn't have 'retiree' in it)
   Password: Your retiree email password
7. Your email account should now be added to your phone!
