  • Can I configure Zoom and Exchange calendar integration?
  • Can I configure Zoom and Google calendar integration?
  • How do I setup Zoom with Exchange?
  • How do I setup Zoom with Google calendar?

Environment

  • Oregon State University
    • Faculty/Staff
    • Students
  • Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10
  • Mac
  • Mobile Device - iOS/Mac
  • Zoom Users
  • Microsoft Exchange Calendar or Google Calendar Users

Cause

Calendar integration allows the current day Zoom meetings on your calendar (if they include a join link) to appear under meetings on the Zoom desktop client with a convenient Join button.

This is different than the Zoom Outlook add-in, in that the add-in is designed to manage scheduling within the Outlook web and desktop apps. The add-in allows you to easily add a Zoom meeting to any new or existing calendar event.
