Cause/Explanation
Often times people would like to run reports to see their past Zoom meetings and who attended those meetings. The information outlined below will help Zoom users (members) locate and run reports.
• Usage: Allows you to compile a list of meetings, participants, and meeting minutes for meetings you have hosted.
• Meeting: Allows you to search for registration reports and poll reports for a meeting.
(Select the type of report you need, search by a date range to find the meeting, and then choose to generate for the report)
• Webinar: Allows you to search for registration, attendee, performance, Q&A, and poll reports for webinars. (Must have checked-out or purchased a webinar license)

Resolution
Method 1
- Open a browser and log-in at zoom.oregonstate.edu
- Select Reports from the left menu options
- Select either Usage, Meeting, Webinar
Usage - Meetings, participants, meeting minutes
Meeting - Registration reports, poll reports
Webinar - Registration, attendees, performance, Q&A, poll reports
- Set the From and To date range by clicking the calendar icons
- Click Search
- From the list of meetings, select the number listed under the "Participants" column, for the meeting you'd like information on
- A pop-up will appear with the various participant's information. From here you can select the option to Export the data, or simply copy/paste the information.
