Cause/Explanation
Campus Labs computers and College of Engineering lab computers have a program called Kumo installed in order to manage cloud file storage. Users need to connect their preferred cloud storage to Kumo in order to access it from lab computers.
Once you have followed the steps below to link Kumo to your cloud storage app, you can access your cloud files through the local file system in Citrix Apps and on lab computers.
Resolution
The example below details adding Box storage to Kumo. The process is similar for other cloud storage such as Google Drive and OneDrive. You can also add a network share to Kumo.

Add Box Cloud Storage to Kumo
Steps:
- Navigate to kumo.oregonstate.edu
- Click Log In
- Enter your ONID Username and Password when prompted.
- Log in to Duo if prompted.
- Click the upside-down triangle next to the service you would like to add
- Click Authorize
- Click Use Single Sign On (SSO)
- Type your ONID email address
- Click Authorize
- Click Grant Access to Box
- Done. You should see a green check mark next to "OSU Box."
