Overview
Use this form to request pick-up of computer hardware or hard drives for surplus.
We wipe hard drives and remove computers from asset inventory and network registration, then send them to OSU Surplus.
Audience
Departments supported by Customer Experience (Community Network and Cosine)
Request
Click the "Request Service" button; this will start a new request. Once the request is completed you will receive a confirmation with your ticket number and a link to review your request.
