Overview
Adobe Creative Cloud applications and services gives subscribers access to a collection of tools used for graphic design, video editing, web development, photography, along with a set of mobile applications and also some optional cloud services. Creative Cloud applications are not available for individual purchase.
Adobe CC Remote Access for Students
Unfortunately, our CC license does not allow Adobe CC apps to be added to Citrix Remote Apps. If you need to access Adobe CC apps for coursework on a personal device, you will need to purchase a CC license directly from Adobe. The student discount link can be found here.
Adobe Creative Cloud applications and services licensing is available in two options:
- Named user license - Authenticated with a user's ONID credentials. Installation is allowed on up to two devices (staff and faculty devices only).
- This process is automated and you should receive a response a few minutes after submitting the form.
- Shared device license - A license for a device shared by individuals within a college unit or department. The applications may be used by all individuals granted access to the device. Each device must have a separately purchased license.

$100 annually full Adobe CC, no charge for Acrobat Only**
*All student employees are eligible for the full CC license with a valid index.
**All current staff/faculty are automatically granted an Acrobat named user license. Graduate student employees (GRA's and GTA's) can use the form to request an Acrobat only license. Undergraduate student employees are not included. The form can be used to request an Acrobat only named user license, but generally will only be included if they fall into one of those categories.
License Restrictions
Available for OSU faculty, staff and students on institutional computers for use in education and non-commercial research.
PLEASE NOTE: Once you leave OSU, you must remove ALL SITE-LICENSED SOFTWARE from your personal computers. Any valid licenses on work computers may be transferred to another employee.
Faculty, Staff, GRA's and GTA's, please fill out the request form including an index number for the annual charge.
