- A user's email address in Digital Measures may be set incorrectly.

Cause/Explanation
Access to Digital Measures is provisioned before the OSU ONID account is setup, and so may be set up with a person's personal email address rather than their OSU email address. Digital Measures should update the email address when Banner updates, but sometimes this does not occur.
Resolution
Users seeing this issue should contact the Service Desk.
The Service Desk escalates the issue to the Digital Measures service owner to resolve.
