How do I add an additional mailbox in Outlook 2016?

Cause

You may have multiple mailboxes that you use for work purposes.

Resolution

  1. Click on Outlook -> Preferences.
  2. Click on "Accounts"
  3. Click on the plus icon in the bottom corner and pick "Exchange..."
  4. Fill out the information for your account.
