Financial Aid Award Information

Issue/Question

• How do I view my Financial Aid status?
• Where can I go to access my Financial Aid Awards?
• I'm a new student and do not have an ONID account but would like to view my Financial Aid status, how can I do that?

Resolution

Method 1 - Current OSU Student (ONID Login)

Make sure you are Duo enrolled before attempting ONID Login

1. Go to http://infosu.oregonstate.edu/login
2. Login with your ONID username and password in the provided fields
   • If Duo enrollment is setup appropriately, confirm Duo Authentication on the next page
3. On the "Main Menu" page, click the "Financial Aid" tab
4. When prompted with a browser redirect:
   • If pop-ups are enabled: You will be redirected to the Financial Aid Home menu in Banner
   • If pop-ups are disabled or long load times: Click on the blue link "Financial Aid Self-Service" to manually redirect to the Financial Aid Home menu in Banner
5. From here you may select the Award Year in the top right to select the current year
6. Your Financial Aid information for the year selected should now be accessible in the menu below

Method 2 - New Student (GAP Login)

1. Go to http://infosu.oregonstate.edu/login_id
2. You will be prompted to enter both your OSU ID number and GAP number, instead of the ONID login
   • Your GAP, by default, is your birthday in the form of MMDDYY, it is recommended that you change your GAP as well for security purposes
3. On the "Main Menu" page, click the "Financial Aid" tab
4. When prompted with a browser redirect:
   • If pop-ups are enabled: You will be redirected to the Financial Aid Home menu in Banner
   • If pop-ups are disabled or long load times: Click on the blue link "Financial Aid Self-Service" to manually redirect to the Financial Aid Home menu in Banner
5. From here you may select the Award Year in the top right to select the current year
6. Your Financial Aid information for the year selected should now be accessible in the menu below
