How do I configure Email Rules in Outlook 2016?

Cause

If you ever wanted to automate events in Outlook that you do frequently creating Outlook Rules may be what you were looking for. This feature allows you to automate various things in your exchange account.

Resolution

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Click File
  3. Select Manage Rules & Alerts
  4. Click New Rule...
  5. Select the criteria for your rule.
