Outlook Web App - Creating/Updating Signatures

Issue/Question

How do I create or update a email signature in the Outlook Web App?

Cause

You may want to have a signature to be appended to the end of your email. This can be done to show your official position at Oregon State University and allow emails to appear more formal in nature.

Resolution

  1. Click on the Options button in the top right corner, then the See All Options... button
  2. Click the Settings button on the left side
  3. Update or create a signature in the "E-Mail Signature" block, and check the "Automatically include my signature on messages I send" box.
  4. Click the Save button in the bottom right corner, or your changes will be discarded.
