Microsoft Edge - Clearing Cookies and Cache

Explanation:

Certain issues can occur when using Microsoft Edge that originate with certain cookies stored on the browser, or the browsers cache of memory. By clearing these it allows the browser to create new cookies and rebuild its a cache with the correct information.

Requirements:

  • Have a device running Windows 10
  • Have a connection to the internet

Steps:

  1. Click Hub button (three lines).
  2. Click Clear all history.
  3. Select Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and file.
  4. Click Clear.
