Opening a Private Browsing Window is extremely useful to see if there is a setting in Internet Explorer that is causing problems. It can also help you see if you need to clear your cache and cookies.

Resolution

1. Click on the cogwheel in the top right corner.
2. Hover over Safety, then click InPrivate Browsing.
