Outlook - Publishing your Exchange Calendar

Explanation:

If you have an Microsoft Outlook Exchange account and would like that associated calendar to be in sync with your Google calendar, please read the following step-by-step guide.

Requirements:

  • Have a exchange account
  • Have a Google account
  • Have a computer
  • Have a connection to the internet

Steps:

  1. Follow these steps on how to publish your calendar in the Outlook on the Web App and copy the .ics URL to use with Google Calendar.
  2. Go to your Google Calendar.
  3. When logged in to view your calendar, find Add a coworker's calendar on the left side of the window.
  4. Click the + next to Add a coworker's calendar.
  5. Click From URL.
  6. This will bring you to a settings menu. In this menu, you want paste the .ics URL obtained from the Outlook in the Web App
  7. Press Add Calendar in the bottom right corner.
