Bridge - Application Does Not Load

Issue

• Bridge won't load
• The loading icon just keeps spinning

Cause

There may be credentials stored in your browser's cache that are no longer valid and causing Bridge to have issues logging you into the service.

Resolution

Method 1 - Clear your browser cache

• Please follow instructions here to clear your browser's cache 

Method 2 - Try a different browser

• If Bridge does not load in one browser, try loading it in another. Some options include Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, or Safari.
• If Bridge still does not load in any browser, there may be server-side issues. Please call the Service Desk to check if there are any reported outages.
