View a Ticket You Are a Contact On

Normally only the requestor on a ticket can view the ticket in the client portal ( 

However, if you have been added as a contact on another person's ticket, you can also view it in the client portal.


CN LRPs can ask the Service Desk to add them as a contact on a ticket. IT Pros can also ask to be added as a contact on a ticket.

Once you have been added as a contact, follow these steps to find the ticket:

  1. Visit
  2. Select "View My Requests" on the right
  3. Check the box next to "Include requests that I am listed as a contact on"
  4. Click "Search"
