Duo - Why is My Password Expiring?

Explanation

Known Issue

Due to the changing security landscape, as of August 2021, all ONID users are now required to undergo routine password changes again.  This is a change from the previous state.  You can see the latest OSU Password Management Rule for details.

Compromised Account

If your account was compromised, you will need to change your password, even if you were already signed up for Duo. 

Resolution

If you are receiving requests to change your password, please do so at http://onid.oregonstate.edu
