COVID-19 Announcement

To ensure the safety of our staff, most Service Desk employees are working from home. Our call and ticket volume has increased. We appreciate your patience as we work to support you.

The Service Desk remains closed to drop-in customers. To protect you and our employees, all in-person support will be by appointment only, and only after we have exhausted all remote support options.

If you come in for an appointment we ask that you abide by the six foot social distancing mandate and OSU's face covering policy. Our staff will wear face coverings and gloves and clean any computer surfaces that must be touched. We will keep appointment times as short as possible to limit in-person interaction.

Employees in need of a computer may request a loaner laptop for work, and students with financial needs may contact HSRC for assistance.

For additional resources on working, teaching or studying from home, please see our Covid-19 Resources page.
