MS Bookings – Remove Service Price from Booking Page

Issue/Question

• Why is there a price showing next to my appointment type?
• How do I remove a service price from my booking page?
• I don't want to charge for my appointments, how do I remove the price option?

Environment

• Oregon State University
• OSU Employees
• MS Bookings

Cause/Explanation

MS Bookings was created for small businesses. Some features in MS Bookings, such as pricing, does not apply to most uses of the tool at OSU. You can add, edit, and remove a price listing from your appointment types.

Resolution

1. From the MS Bookings webpage, select the "Services" tab on the left-side menu
2. Open the specific service you wish to edit by clicking on the service name
3. Scroll down to "Default price"
4. Change selection to "Price not set"
5. Click "Save" to save your changes
