  • How can I view tickets I have submitted?

Environment

  • Oregon State University
    • TeamDynamix 

Resolution

Method 1

  1. Go to the client portal page - https://oregonstate.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1935/Portal
  2. Ensure you are "signed in"
    1. Look in the top right corner.
    2. If it says "sign in", click on "sign in".
  3. Navigate to "Services"
  4. Navigate to "Ticket requests"

Method 2

  1. Go to https://oregonstate.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1935/Portal/Requests/TicketRequests/
  2. Log in if necessary.
  3. The list of tickets will load after a successful login.
