MS Bookings - How To Create A Group Service

Issue/Question

• How do I use Bookings to schedule group events?
• Why can't I edit the "Maximum Attendees" section of a service?

Explanation

The "Maximum Attendees" section of a service in Bookings can only be set to more than 1 if you edit that field when you first create the service.

Resolution

Method 1

1. From the "Services" page within Bookings, click on the blue "+ Add a service" button at the top of the page.
   
   
    
2. When you have the new service open, edit the "Maximum Attendees" section beyond 1. Once you change it here once, you can edit it any time you open it in the future. You just need to make sure that when you first create the service, you edit this field to let Bookings know it's not a 1:1 appointment.
