Cause/Explanation
Sending text message notifications to people who book appointments with you through Bookings requires additional licensing and is not available for OSU. This feature is disabled by default, however it can appear as an option to be enabled. If you attempt enable this feature, text messaging will still not be available. Please disable text message notifications.
Resolution
Method 1; Disable Text Message Notifications
- From the MS Bookings webpage, select the "Services" tab on the left-side menu
- Select the service you have text message notifications turned on for
- Uncheck the box next to "Enable text message notifications for your customer."
- Click "Save"
