Cause/Explanation
Sending text message notifications to people who book appointments with you through Bookings is a new feature and may be unreliable. This is not true for all Bookings Calendars.
Microsoft is aware of the issue that sometimes the text message notifications list appointment information in the wrong time zone, and do not have an estimated date for this to be corrected. Their recommendation is to turn off text message notifications if you notice your customers/students receive incorrect appointment information via text and only use email notifications.
Resolution
Method 1; Disable Text Message Notifications
- From the MS Bookings webpage, select the "Services" tab on the left-side menu
- Select the service you have text message notifications turned on for
- Uncheck the box next to "Enable text message notifications for your customer."

- Click "Save"
