Explanation
If you send from an external tool with an email address @oregonstate.edu, it looks to mail servers as though the OSU's email is being masqueraded, and the email may therefore be marked as Junk or Spam.
Resolution
Send From Surveys@surveys.oregonstate.edu
When composing an email in Qualtrics, leave the "From" address set to "surveys@surveys.oregonstate.edu". You can set your address as the reply-to address.
