Drupal - Web Updates Not Showing Up

Issue/Question

  • I have saved changes to a Drupal site but others do not see the changes yet.

Environment

  • Oregon State University
  • Drupal website
  • Website administrator

Cause/Explanation

OSU Drupal pages make use of caching to improve page load speeds. This can cause delays in displaying updates on web pages.

Note: As of November 2020, OSU Drupal sites may take up to 60 seconds to update after flushing the cache.

Resolution

Flush Caches
